Dongtai Hanchen Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. specializes in the development, research, production and sales of bellows, expansion joints and stainless steel flange series products.
The company is located in Zhennan Industrial Park, Shiyan Town, Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province — a renowned stainless steel township with highly convenient transportation. It covers a land area of 18,000 square meters and a building area of 6,000 square meters. The fixed assets reach 17 million RMB. We currently employ 105 staff members, including 31 technical personnel with college diploma or above.
Our main products include stainless steel bellows, expansion joints and stainless steel flanges. Stainless steel flanges can be manufactured from DN15 to DN4500 with an annual output of 2,000 tons. We are equipped with complete testing facilities: X-ray flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, tensile testing machine, physical & chemical laboratory, metallographic analyzer, Rockwell hardness tester and imported direct-reading spectrometer.
We adopt high-quality stainless steel melted by AOD refining furnaces from designated national manufacturers. We produce stainless steel flanges complying with GB, ANSI, JIS, DIN and other international standards to guarantee controlled production processes and consistent quality meeting customer requirements.
