When and where does the show take place?
The 9th China Valve City · Longwan International Valve Exhibition takes place March 12-14, 2027 at Wenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center in Wenzhou, China — valves and actuators in Hall A, pumps and pipelines in Hall B.
How do I register as an international visitor, and is it free?
Registration is free. Submit your company, name, mobile number, email and sourcing interests on the Visitors page, and you will receive a registration number followed by an e-badge before the show.
What are the opening hours?
May 21-22: 9:00-17:00; May 23: 9:00-15:00. Exhibitors move in on May 19-20, and move-out starts after 15:00 on the final afternoon.
Is there an entry fee or an age restriction?
There is no entry fee for registered trade visitors. The show is trade-only and no admission is granted to visitors under 18.
How do I get my badge?
Pre-register online for free and keep the registration number you receive — a confirmation SMS and e-badge are sent before the show. Show the e-badge at the registration counter for fast-track entry.

Do I need a visa, and can I get an invitation letter?
Please check the current visa requirements for China before you travel. Pre-registered overseas visitors can request an official invitation letter — email a scanned passport page at least six weeks before the show.
Which airport should I fly into, and how do I reach the venue?
Wenzhou Longwan International Airport is the closest gateway: about 40 minutes by taxi, or the airport shuttle towards Yongjia. From Wenzhou South Railway Station it is about 35 minutes by taxi, or bus B1 to Yongjia. By car, navigate to the Expo Center — free parking is available nearby.
Are there recommended hotels near the venue?
Yes. Pre-registered visitors may apply for free hotel stays at partner hotels (first come, first served), and partner 4-star and business hotels in Oubei offer contracted rates — mention “PVPeW” when you book, or call the committee hotline for assistance.

How do I book a booth or become an exhibitor?
Submit the online application on the Exhibitors page — our sales manager will confirm your booth within 1 business day. A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of the contract, with the balance 30 days before the show. Overseas exhibitors get help with visa invitation letters, and eligible Yongjia-based companies may apply for participation subsidies with our assistance.
What booth types and prices are available?
Standard Booth 9 sqm (3m×3m) at CNY 8,800 per booth, including partition walls, fascia, table and chairs, spotlights, a 220V socket and carpet; Raw Space from 36 sqm at CNY 880 per sqm; Premium Custom Booths of 72 sqm or more in prime locations, quoted on request.

What payment methods are accepted?
Admission is free for visitors, so there is nothing to pay at the door. Booth fees are settled against your contract — the committee confirms the accepted payment channels and issues the official invoice with each contract.
