1. Who we are

This website is operated by Wenzhou Jinying Media Co., Ltd. (温州金鹰传媒), the organizer of the Wenzhou International Pump, Valve & Pipeline Exhibition (PVPeW). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the controller of the personal data described in this policy.

The website is hosted on Alibaba Cloud in Singapore. Our organizing team and service providers may access the site and its data from China and other countries. You can contact us at Lily@valve-expo.com; Daisy@valve-expo.com or on the show hotline 400-0577-686.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you give us. Our inquiry, exhibitor application, visitor pre-registration and on-site matchmaking forms may ask for your name, company, position, mobile number, email address, country, city, purchase interests, booth type and booth area, and the message or meeting topic you choose to provide. The same details may reach us by email or phone.
  • Information collected automatically. We record page views, clicks, internal search terms, the referring page or channel, the browser time zone (used only to derive an approximate region), language, screen size and device/browser family. Our servers also receive standard request metadata such as IP address, user agent, request time, requested path and error information.
  • Cookies and similar storage. We use the cookies and browser storage listed in section 4, together with Google analytics and advertising tags described in section 5.

We do not ask for payment card details, government identification numbers or other sensitive personal data on this website. Please do not send sensitive data through the forms. We do not sell or rent personal data.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies/storage keys and Google tags. Non-essential first-party attribution is only written after you accept the cookie banner. You can decline non-essential cookies, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.

Google Tag Manager itself is a container and normally does not set cookies; the Google tags loaded through it may do so. Google controls the names and durations of its own cookies, and these may change. See the Google links in section 5 for current details. Blocking cookies may affect parts of the site but does not prevent you from reading its public pages.

5. Analytics, advertising and third parties

We use Google Tag Manager container GTM-K7CZZSXB to load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-PFBH7L4LEY) and Google Ads (conversion ID AW-18509810051). Our analytics events include generate_lead, view_item, gads_click and form_start. These events help us understand which pages and enquiries are useful and whether advertising is working. We do not use them to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.

Our own first-party event endpoint /api/track records page path, clicks, internal search terms, referring host, channel marker, approximate region derived from the browser time zone, language, screen size and device/browser family. It does not attach your name, email address or phone number to those events. Standard request metadata such as IP address and user agent may still be processed by the web server for security and aggregate measurement.
