Provincial Recognition List Officially Released! 54 Yongjia Enterprises Selected

Recently, in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Evaluation of Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and the Guidelines for the Evaluation Service of Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises , the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Zhejiang Province has released the list of the 3rd batch of enterprises included in the provincial repository of science and technology-based SMEs for 2026. A total of 54 enterprises in our county, including Oulam Valve Technology Co., Ltd., have been successfully selected. Take Oulam Valve Technology Co., Ltd. as an example. In recent years, the company has independently developed a Cloud Platform for Flexible Manufacturing. Integrating artificial intelligence technologies, it has built an AI-driven flexible manufacturing system centered on APS advanced planning and scheduling, with integrated supply chain management, manufacturing execution and data analysis. It realizes full-process intelligent management from order placement to delivery, and successfully resolves the conflict between customized production and mass-production efficiency. The self-developed cloud platform deeply combines AI technology with real manufacturing scenarios. The average order delivery cycle has been cut from 20 days to 5 days, a reduction of over 70%. Its response speed for urgent custom orders has increased by 80%, greatly lifting customer satisfaction. It is reported that since the start of this year, our county has thoroughly implemented initiatives including the “Double Growth” Plan for tech enterprises and the “Two Eliminations & One Improvement” campaign to steadily expand the pool of science and technology enterprises. Targeted cultivation is carried out in line with the application schedule for sci-tech SMEs. A dynamic reserve pool and pre-review mechanism have been established featuring immediate review upon submission and revision on demand . The community of innovation entities keeps expanding with tangible results. Going forward, our county will continue the phased, dynamic management and cultivation in a “wild goose formation” model, and press ahead with applications for high-tech enterprises and enterprise R&D institutions. The county targets adding 20 high-tech enterprises, 60 provincial-level sci-tech SMEs and 15 municipal-level or higher enterprise R&D institutions.
