1.  Procurement Conditions

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

4. Acquisition of Procurement Documents

4.1 All interested bidders shall log on to Angang Intelligent Bidding & Procurement Platform at http://bid.ansteel.cn to download electronic procurement documents during the period from 11:00, September 08, 2026 to 13:15, September 17, 2026 (Beijing Time, hereinafter the same).

4.2 Procedure for downloading electronic procurement documents: Log in to the main page of the system, locate this project under "Announcement Information", click "I Wish to Bid", complete required information and settle relevant fees, then download the documents independently.

4.3 Payment Methods: Personal / Corporate Online Banking, Alipay, WeChat Pay.

4.4 Each set of procurement documents is priced at RMB 100.00. No refund will be granted after purchase.

5. Submission of Response Documents

5.1 The deadline for submission of response documents is 13:15, September 17, 2026. Bidders shall submit electronic response documents via the designated entry for this project on the Angang Intelligent Bidding & Procurement Platform prior to the deadline.

5.2 Response documents submitted after the deadline shall be rejected by the Angang Intelligent Bidding & Procurement Platform.

5.3 Bid‑document editing software and electronic CA digital certificate (Biaozhengtong APP) are not required for this project.
