Provincial List Released! 54 Yongjia Enterprises Selected
The Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology has published the third batch of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises for 2026. Fifty-four companies from Yongjia County made the list, following the province's evaluation rules for technology-based SMEs.
Recently, in accordance with the Measures for the Evaluation of Science‑based Small and Medium‑sized Enterprises and the Guidelines for Evaluation Services for Science‑based SMEs, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology has released the third‑batch list of science‑based SMEs included in the provincial inventory for 2026. A total of 54 local enterprises including Oulam Valve Technology Co., Ltd. from our county have been selected.
Take Oulam Valve Technology Co., Ltd. as an example. In recent years, the company has independently developed the Flexible Manufacturing Cloud Platform. Integrating artificial intelligence technologies, it has built an AI‑driven flexible manufacturing system centered on APS intelligent production scheduling. The system incorporates supply‑chain management, manufacturing execution and data analytics, enabling end‑to‑end intelligent management from order intake to delivery. It effectively resolves the conflict between customized‑order requirements and large‑scale production efficiency.
Through its self‑developed Flexible Manufacturing Application Cloud Platform, AI technology is deeply embedded into real‑world manufacturing scenarios. The average order delivery cycle has been cut from 20 days to 5 days, representing a reduction of over 70%. Its response speed for urgent custom‑tailored orders has increased by 80%, bringing remarkable improvement in customer satisfaction.
It is understood that since the beginning of this year, our county has thoroughly implemented initiatives including the “Double Multiplication” and “Two‑Elimination & One‑Improvement” campaigns for technology‑oriented enterprises. We keep expanding the pool of tech‑driven enterprises. Targeted cultivation is carried out in strict alignment with the application timeline for science‑based SMEs. A dynamic reserve pool and pre‑review mechanism have been established to realize “immediate review upon submission and timely revision during application”. The number of innovation entities keeps growing with tangible outcomes.
Going forward, our county will continue to implement phased “wild‑goose‑formation‑style” dynamic management and cultivation. We will advance applications for high‑tech enterprises and enterprise R&D institutions. The targets are set at 20 high‑tech enterprises, 60 provincial‑level science‑based SMEs, and 15 municipal‑level and above enterprise R&D institutions.
