Subsidy Application Notice for the 21st 2026 Wenzhou International Pump, Valve & Pipeline Exhibition. Eligible Wenzhou exhibitors can get booth‑fee subsidies up to 70%.
Notice to All Exhibitors:To improve the implementation efficiency of industrial policies and foster a business‑friendly environment, online applications for incentive programs administered by the Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce are now open. These business‑related incentives include subsidies for booth fees and personnel expenses for offline exhibitions in Wenzhou.Eligible applicants shall complete and submit relevant application forms online via the Enterprise‑Friendly Policy Express Channel or log on to the Wenzhou Industrial Policy Reward Implementation System (URL: http://reward.wenzhou.gov.cn) by October 15, 2026. Where supporting documents are required, applicants shall upload them in PDF format in accordance with the application guidelines.

Application Eligibility
The completion period for this International Exhibition Participation Subsidy program covers Q4 2025, Q1 2026 and Q2 2026.
Applicants shall be enterprises with independent‑legal‑person status whose registered address and fiscal revenue are located within Wenzhou urban area (including other entities specified in relevant policies). Entities required to hold corresponding qualifications shall obtain such qualifications no later than December 31, 2025.
Applicants (including enterprises, individuals and other entities) must operate legally, pay taxes in accordance with the law and maintain good credit standing.
This policy shall not apply to entities that fall into any of the following categories: those on the serious dishonesty list; entities found with illegal or irregular issues through disciplinary inspection, audit, tax, fiscal and other supervisory inspections and with issues still unrectified; enterprises rated Category C or D in the comprehensive "Mu-based Performance Evaluation"; enterprises without actual business operations; and entities undergoing market subject deregistration procedures.Applicants without social insurance contributions are also ineligible for all clauses of this commercial incentive policy.

Operating Procedures
Access the website: http://reward.wenzhou.gov.cn. Select Corporate Login, then click Incentive‑Subsidy Application.
After page redirection, enter Subsidy for Booth Fees and Personnel Expenses of Offline Exhibitions in Wenzhou in the search box and click Search. Select Subsidy for Booth Fees and Personnel Expenses of Offline Exhibitions in Wenzhou (2025 Version) and click Apply Now.
Submit the required application materials and complete your application.
Click Undertaking Letter to download it.
Important Reminders:
Eligible applicants must complete online submission by October 15, 2026. Failure to submit within the deadline shall be deemed an automatic waiver.
All application materials must be true and complete. Enterprises shall be responsible for the authenticity of application documents. In accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Accounting Archives, applicants shall archive and retain original application vouchers for inspection.
