Shanghai Petrochemical Valve Factory Co., Ltd. Founded in 1992 as a collectively-owned enterprise, Shanghai Petrochemical Valve Factory underwent comprehensive restructuring in 2011 to become Shanghai Petrochemical Valve Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company). It has relocated to Gucun Industrial Park in Baoshan District, Shanghai, covering a land area of over 40 mu with a plant floor space of approximately 15,000 square meters and a registered capital of RMB 51.18 million. The company boasts robust technical capacity and a top-tier R&D team. It has maintained long-term cooperation with the Fluid Machinery Research Institute affiliated to University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, bringing together dozens of high-caliber professionals including national-level experts and professors. Equipped with a full range of advanced production and processing machinery and complete supporting facilities, the company adopts cutting-edge technologies and modern management systems with stringent quality control standards to continuously develop new valve technologies and products. Our main product portfolio covers gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, control valves, hydraulic valves, slurry valves, as well as special valves featuring ultra-wear-resistant, cryogenic, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant performance. Driving configurations can be customized as required, including manual, electric, pneumatic and gas-over-hydraulic actuators. Available materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, premium alloy steel and other alloys. In addition to Chinese GB standards and industrial specifications, our products are designed in accordance with internationally recognized standards such as American API & ANSI, Japanese JIS, British BS and German DIN.
