Description

A micro-resistance slow-closing check valve whose disc opens under the velocity head of the incoming medium. When flow stops, the disc closes in two stages: a piston holds it partly open to relieve surge, then the disc closes slowly as water returns through the needle valve. This provides non-return protection while reducing water hammer.
